The inaugural edition of the IPSF Pan American Cup will take place in the paradise city of Cancún, Mexico.
Athletes from all over the Americas are preparing their strongest routines to showcase their talent to an elite panel of IPSF international judges. We welcome athletes to compete in the following official disciplines:
Sports Divisions: Pole Sports, Aerial Hoop Sports, Aerial Pole Sports, and Para Pole.

DISCIPLINES & DIVISIONS
1. Sports Divisions
(Disciplines: Pole Sports, Aerial Hoop Sports, and Aerial Pole Sports)
Divisions: Amateur, Professional, and Elite. (Note: Pole Sports also includes the Intro division).
Age Categories: From 6 to 60+ years old.
2. Artistic Divisions
(Disciplines: Artistic Pole, Artistic Aerial Hoop, Artistic Aerial Pole, and Artistic Aerial Silks)
Divisions: Amateur, Semi-Professional, and Professional.
Age Categories: From 14 to 50+ years old.

All disciplines will be governed strictly by the official rules established by the International Pole Sports Federation (IPSF).
Athletes must fully comply with all IPSF codes of points, anti-doping regulations, and established deadlines for registration, document submission, and competition check-in.

🚨 REGISTRATION DEADLINE: August 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Mexico City Time / CST), or until the maximum capacity of routines is reached. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances in case of athlete cancellation.

👥 SPECIAL NOTE FOR GROUPS
For the Group Category, teams must consist of 3 to 6 members belonging to the exact same division (all Amateur, all Semi-Professional, or all Professional). Minimum age requirement: 14 years and older for all Artistic group categories.

To complete your entry for the IPSF Pan American Cup 2026, please follow these four mandatory steps:
Step 1: Payment
International Athletes (Payments in EUR):
Please complete your payment via Stripe using the specific payment links provided.
Step 2: Pre-Registration & Payment Verification
Once your payment is processed, fill out the Pre-Registration Form. Upon successful submission, you will receive an automated confirmation email.

⚠️ Please read the instructions inside that automated email thoroughly. To validate your entry, you must forward it to aeropolemx1@gmail.com, attaching your official proof of payment.
Please note: Your pre-registration will remain strictly on hold and will not be processed until our finance team verifies that your payment has been successfully cleared.
Step 3: IPSF Platform Activation
After the organizing committee verifies your pre-registration and payment, you will receive an official email containing the link to activate or log into your IPSF account.
(*IPSF has to activate the competition on the IPSF.App, we will let you know)
Step 4: Routine & Document Registration
Log into the IPSF platform to set up your profile (Athlete, Coach, or Guardian for minors). Upload all required technical documentation and your music.
Note: You must complete a separate registration entry for every single routine you wish to compete with (Individual, Duet, Group, etc.).
⚠️ Important: Double-check your exact Division, Category, and Gender before submitting. Mistakes cannot be modified later.
📌 ADDITIONAL NOTES & COMPETITION INFO
Athlete Access: All registered competitors will receive complimentary access to the competition venue throughout the event.
Running Order & Schedules: Keep a close eye on our official channels for the publication of the Competition Running Order. All schedules are approximate and subject to change. We strictly recommend athletes arrive at the venue at least 2 hours prior to their scheduled performance.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances in case of athlete cancellation.

All competition music must be submitted strictly in MP3 format and uploaded directly to the official IPSF platform.
1. Track Duration
Sports Divisions (Pole Sports, Aerial Hoop, & Aerial Pole):
Ages 15 to 60+: Music must be between 3:50 and 4:00 minutes long.
Ages 6 to 14 (Youth): Music must be between 3:20 and 3:30 minutes long.
Artistic Divisions (Individual, Duet, & Group for all Artistic categories):
Music must be between 3:30 and 4:00 minutes long.
2. Music Content & Lyrics
Sports Divisions: Tracks must be 100% instrumental. No lyrics or spoken words in any language or dialect are permitted. Music with religious or political connotations is strictly prohibited. Vocal sounds (chants, humming) are allowed only if they do not form recognizable words. Track mixing is permitted.
Artistic Divisions: Any music genre is welcome, and lyrics are allowed. However, tracks must not contain offensive, profane, discriminatory, political, or violent content.
🚫 VENUE & STAGE RESTRICTIONS
To ensure fairness and the smooth running of the event, routines must not include the use of fire, water, body creams, confetti, powders, talc, or any elements that could compromise or residue the stage surface.
🧪 WADA ANTI-DOPING REQUIREMENTS
All Elite athletes (Sports divisions) and Professional athletes (Artistic divisions) must present a valid WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) certificate upon registration.
Elite athletes in Sports categories or Professional athletes in Artistic categories must present a valid WADA (anti-doping) certificate.

⚠️ STRICT ROUTINE CAPACITY LIMIT
Please note that we are strictly accepting a maximum of 80 routines per day, capping the entire championship at 160 performances total.
Registration will close definitively on August 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM (CST), or as soon as the 160-routine limit is reached. We highly recommend completing your registration early to guarantee your spot on the continental stage.
